To further enhance the ability of frontline employees to identify and manage hidden dangers, effectively eliminate safety hazards, continuously strengthen job risk prevention and control, and prevent safety production accidents. Henan Haosen has formulated the "Hidden Danger Competition Activity Plan" and the "Hidden Danger Investigation Scoring Standards". On October 22nd, three competition teams were established with workshop assistants as team leaders and five frontline employees as members, with a total of 18 people participating in the competition. There are three competition areas in total, using the method of drawing lots and mutual check, and the competition time is 2 hours.
Before the event began, the company's general manager Wang Yunsheng gave a mobilization speech, emphasizing that full participation in hazard management is the foundation for stable safety production, based on the company's major accident hazard control, employee skill training, and 6S management promotion. This event is a test of the effectiveness of the previous training and a promotion of 6S management improvement. Mr. Wang requires all participants to strictly abide by the activity agreement, and the judges to conduct fair and impartial scoring to ensure the smooth progress of the activity.
On the morning of October 23rd, six professionals from the Safety Department and Production Department conducted a fair and impartial evaluation of the problems identified by the three teams based on the "Hazard Investigation Scoring Standards". The final evaluation result was:
Mr. Zhang, the production manager of the company, gave full recognition to this event and praised the 18 employees who participated again.
